HEQS group owns an Australia local furniture factory called Icon Furniture Manufacturing Pty Ltd. It specializes in manufacturing premium locally made beds, mattresses, and couches, reinforcing our commitment to Australian craftsmanship and workforce development.

- • 63 front line production workers (welding, framing, upholstering, sewing, etc.)
- • Produce more than 120 beds, 100 mattresses, 120 couches, 80 dining sets every day

Compliance and Management System
- • Industrial Relations. HEQS offers honest and fair Workplace agreement.
- • Work Health and Safety (WHS) Policy. HEQS’s WHS plans have been produced and maintained in line with the Australia Standard 4801: Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.
- • Quality Management System. HEQS has established and maintains a third party certified Quality Management System in accordance with AS/NZS 9001:2015. • Environmental Sustainability. HEQS has the framework and procedures in place, as well as the required determination to holistically manage the supply chain and production footprint for every product. An Environmental Management System have been produced and maintained in line with AS/NZS 14001:2016.
